Tailored professional development

Kim works with teachers, coaches, department heads, principals, and Directors of Instruction.  She knows how demanding it is to teach today, and she seeks to support educators in many ways, through rigorous yet fun PD.  Our staff development focuses on two areas of instruction: elementary mathematics and ML/ESL/SEI.  I use my knowledge of ten years in the classroom and current work with pre-service teachers and university students.  Together, we focus on equity and inclusion, bias identification, and standards-based practices.
